Puzzle Pass is a monthly subscription option for Meta Quest players to gain full access to the entire Puzzling Places’ library of Add-on puzzle packs, all for a monthly payment of 4.99$!

What do I get with Puzzle Pass?

With Puzzle Pass, you gain access to all previously released puzzle pack Add-ons released for Puzzling Places on the Quest platform. You also gain access to any new puzzle packs that are released throughout the duration of your subscription!

How do I subscribe to Puzzle Pass?

You can subscribe to Puzzle Pass in-game by launching Puzzling Places, navigating to the Store tab, selecting the “more info” on the Puzzle Pass status bar, and selecting “Subscribe”.

Can I continue buying Add-on Puzzle Packs instead of subscribing to Puzzle Pass?

Yes, you can absolutely keep buying the Add-ons directly instead of subscribing to Puzzle Pass. Puzzle Pass is entirely optional.

How do I cancel and unsubscribe from Puzzle Pass?

You can cancel your Puzzle Pass subscription in your Meta account settings either through the Meta Quest mobile app, in VR, or through Oculus.com. Follow the steps provided on Meta.com.

What happens if I cancel my Puzzle Pass subscription?

If you cancel Puzzle Pass, you lose access to any Add-on puzzle packs that you haven’t purchased. Meaning, if you had purchased any puzzle packs prior (or even during) having an active Puzzle Pass subscription, you of course, get to keep those puzzles and can continue playing them.

Can I keep some certain Add-on puzzles after canceling Puzzle Pass?

If there are certain puzzle or puzzle packs you’d really like to keep after you cancel your subscription, you can choose to purchase the Add-on puzzle pack through the Store (like purchasing any other DLC). That way, you get to keep those puzzles and continue playing them to your heart’s content.
